Weekday corporate room-only rates
Book CityScape for corporate meetings, trainings, workshops, presentations, networking events, and company functions. These rates apply to Monday–Thursday corporate room rentals.

Meeting & breakout rooms
Book meeting rooms individually or add them to CityScape or The Vue for conferences, workshops, training, breakout sessions, board meetings, interviews, and planning sessions.

Social, weekend & general venue rentals
These standard rates apply to social events, weekend bookings, weddings, and other general venue rentals. Choose the space that fits your event and confirm your rental schedule with the team.

A 20% service fee applies to standard venue rentals. Standard rates cover weddings, social events, weekend bookings, and other general venue rentals. Confirm venue access times and selected services in your event quote.
Hosted bar options: $28–$55 per guest for 4 hours.

Corporate & social event questions
- What is the minimum weekday corporate booking?
- The CityScape weekday corporate hourly rate is $250 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Half-day bookings are $900 for up to 4 hours; full-day bookings are $1,500 for up to 8 hours.
- Does weekday room-only pricing include catering, bar service, or AV?
- Staffing, bar service, catering, AV, security, specialty setup, and other requested services may be quoted separately.
- Which rentals have a service fee?
- Standard venue rentals carry a 20% service fee. Standalone meeting and breakout rooms carry a 20% service fee. Monday–Thursday CityScape corporate room-only rates have no additional service fee.
- Can I book breakout rooms without renting CityScape or The Vue?
- Yes. Standalone room pricing is listed above, with separate rates for rooms added to CityScape or The Vue. Four or more rooms are quoted individually for your event.
